I have a bank statement of my purchase is this good enough for Proof of Purchase?
I never received an email with a receipt for my headset which I purchased online. I have the original bank statement as well as serial and product numbers. Though I have given the info to support chat no one has gotten back to me.

Bank statements aren't considered valid proof of purchase. The photo below is from our Warranty Policy. Do send me your ticket number so I can check what's causing the holdup.
