I have a brand new Razer RZ09-02385e92 which I cannot register because the serial number is not being recognized according to the portal. How can I register this?

    I had the same problem with my new keyboard, no one ever got back to me. Still unregistered.

    I finally got mine to register, one of my Serial Numbers looked like a 1/L but was infact the letter "i", hope this helps ya figure out what ya need to do!

    Do you actually have to register everything? I though it was an automatic warranty but you just had to keep your reciept?
