I have a problem with "Razer Kraken TE"

So basically, whenever I use "Razer kraken TE - chat" (I always used it) it sounds weird, reminds me of a radio. Whenever I turn on "Razer kraken TE - game", it sounds kind of normal. I don't understand why this happens. Any suggestions?
