I have an error when installing razer cortex tells me it is not compatible with my operating system, but before if I could install it correctly I have windows 7

This is strange as the website does state that Windows 7 is comparable. Have you had razer cortex on this system before or is this the first installation?

Try to Uninstall Razer Cortex (and synapse if installed), once done go to your %appdata% files and check that all the razer files are deleted. Once you have checked that Reinstall both and see if the issue continues.
