I have no idea how to get help

My mouse broke after two months and I feel like it's impossible to get support. I submitted a case 3 weeks ago and they abandoned it without any follow up or information, and now it tells me I have to start the entire process over and submit another case and wait who knows how many months. I searched everywhere online for a contact number and no such thing exists. I feel like I'm being scammed.

Weird.
My case was resolved in a few days.
I had to provide the relevant data and confirmation of the purchase and immediately received the information to send the goods back.

You can't advertise with the seller if you have such problem with razer support?
