Hello, I recently ordered headphones Blackshark v2 x.

But when they arrived they did not have an activation code for 7.1 surround sound. I registered the device on the site, but the code did not come to the mail.
Please send me the serial number of your headset, along with the email address associated with your Razer ID via PM. I'll be needing those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Let's continue from there.
