Hei , can you help me pls. I was out of phone for a 20 min and i was in right earbud , and its turned off. But when i put it back to case its not helped. Tryed factory reset , also didnt helped. When i try to do smth it giving sound like i touched senson botton but light now working and sound from phone not working and ita not connecting. I think it have issues with connecting to each other. Or right one just not turning on at all. Cuz sound app dont see it even when both earbuds in case. But sound app says that there only one. Help me to solve this problem somehow

Try updating your device’s firmware by following the steps below:

  1. Connect the earbuds to your device that has the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app installed.
  2. Open the app and wait for it to connect to your earbuds.
  3. Tap the firmware update notification on the main screen.
  4. Follow the update instructions.

If that didn’t do the trick, send shoot me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X so I can look for other troubleshooting steps.
