I have Seiren v2 pro and Synapse is freezing

I just bought Razer Seiren V2 pro. This is my first Razer product. Mic is fine, no issues. I installed Synapse, in first 2 minutes it was good but after that, when I clicked the “streaming” tab, Synapse started to lagging and freezing. There is a loading icon on the microphone settings and streamer mixer tab is even worse, not working at all. I restarted the PC, uninstalled the app and installed again, repaired etc.. It was good again for first 2-3 minutes but lagging started again. I don’t know what is the problem with this app. Can you help me about this issue please? I can send logs… etc if necessary

 

 

Ryzen 5700X

Nvidia 3070Ti

Kingston Ssd

Asus X570-F Motherboard

W11 Pro with latest updates

 

Note: Mic is connected to motherboard directly. I’m not using a usb hub.

Note 2: I’m not 100% sure but I believe this issue heppening when I choose the playback mix device anything other than default seiren headphones

 

 

Actually my issue looks like exactly same with this

I have the same issue with my Seiren V2 Pro but i can’t even enter the Streaming Tap. It just wont open and in the Cockpit the Mic is just loading. Is there a solution? 

 

The Mic worked 1 Year without problems but since i build my Custom Watercooling System it doesn’t work any longer. That should not have any impackt with the USB Microfon? The only software i installed was from aquacomputer called aquasuit (monitoring tool) and i am not sure if the problem was already there before the installation of this Software. It could also be something else that had an update in  the 5 weeks my pc was down.

This problem cannot have anything to do with liquid cooling, but I don't know if it has anything to do with the software you installed. My problem was; In Windows, the name of the headset I was using contained a Turkish letter that was not in the English alphabet. When I changed the name of the headset in Windows and deleted the Turkish letter, the problem was fixed.
