Dear support team,

I am very disappointed that I sent my laptop to service more than 2 months already, and still hasn’t arrived.

My laptop presented a very odd issue where it wasn’t turning on. Considering it is still under the warranty period, I contacted the Customer Support team and it was sent for proper service/repair around mid-November last year.

In fact, after several updates from the Customer Support team, it seems the issue with my laptop was fixed in the first week of December 2023. However, it took about a month to be packed and shipped on 04-Jan-2024.

Whilst I was expecting to receive the package last Friday (12th), I noted it has been marked as delayed. However, surprisingly, it seems the package is now returning to Germany and the Customer Support team. Not much information was received from the Customer Support team, and also no ETA.

This is very frustrating. This already impacted my university assignments and implied extra costs to travel to the university to allow me to work on my assignments even during year-end holidays and weekends.

My mental health is being impacted due to all this additional stress and lack of support.

I am creating this thread as the last hope to receive guidance, more information, ETA, and what else I can expect.
