Where do i get the razer surround activation key? and why it doesnt appear on razer synapse 3??

The 7.1 surround support for your headset is built into Synapse 2.0. You won't need an activation key for that.

The Electra V2 is not supported on Synapse 3.0, so you have to use both if you want the 7.1 surround sound.
