I just bought a new keyboard

Hello my name is Glenn and I just bought a new keyboard from a store here in sweden.



I opened it up and was going to add it to my razer account, but when I tried to add it it said serial number unknown and I do not know how to fix it... do I just have to wait a day or two inorder for it to register that it has been bought or what is going on here?
