I just bought new driver and I cant active my code

I just bought new SSD driver and I'm using it as my main driver now , when i downloaded the 7.1 surround sound app and its asked me to enter my activation code its says that it already used which i did in my old driver so how I can activate it now ? do I have to transfer the app itself ?

Did the activation code come with a headset, or was the code a standalone purchase? In any case, please send me the serial number, a photo of the scratch card, and a screenshot of the error message, or the order number if you bought the code from us. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
