I lost my box for activation code of 7.1 surround sound

Hello there I buy a new Razer Headset Kraken X Lite Multi Platform, and my id for activation code of 7.1 surround sound was damaged when I try to add the number. Is there a way to get this number? thanks in advance

This a more than a month old post, but if it helps, see if you can get a replacement. The item may not be damaged, but the activation code is considered part of the RAZERs item which RAZER takes responsibility of. If you still hold the recept, contact RAZER and ask what they can do to replace the item or ask for new activation code.
