I'm having disconnection issues with my Razer Nari Ultimate headset

For several days now I have been having constant disconnection problems in my Razer Nari Ultimate headset, when researching I saw that I am not the only one with this specific problem.

This problem lies in the constant disconnection of the computer when playing some type of audio, whether from spotify, youtube or any type of audio emitted by the computer. I've already tried everything, plugging it into all the different usb ports on my pc and whether it was 3.1 or 2.0 the same thing happened every time. I also tried the dongle and headset sync and reset programs. I tried uninstalling all the drivers of the device, deleting synapse and all the folders and programs that had to do with the razer environment to do clean installation to see if my problem went away. I disabled the usb shutdown option to save power, updated my windows 11 to the latest existing version and none of this worked. I even tested them on another computer to see if the problem fell on my pc and after a few minutes of use they started to fail in the same way, connecting and disconnecting every 2 seconds, this being a very annoying problem since I've had those headphones for less than a year, and they worked perfectly and one day they just started to fail.

I hope you can help me solve this problem, since the truth is that I had a hard time gathering to buy them and that I just can't use them after it cost me so much to be able to buy them is very very frustrating.
