I’m having problems with my new razor thresher 7.1 headset

By the title of this I am having problems with my new headset for PlayStation it is almost perfect just I don’t know if it’s a broken part how it works or if it’s something I can change but my mic just muted everything goes silent and doesn’t come back until seconds later but it happens a lot not like every once and a while it’s like every 10 seconds and ruins my experience if anyone can help please lmk

    Have you updated its firmware? Maybe it has something to do with the configuration of the PS4 settings. Please follow these steps: 1. Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices. 2. Ensure Razer Thresher 7.1 for PS4 is selected as the Input Device and Output Device. 3. On the output to Headphones, select Chat Audio. Should the issue persists, send me the serial number of your device via PM.
