I bougth a RAZER KRAKEN X and in the package it told me to install the 7.1 driver or what ever its called, now my Pc audio its broken, i can hear anything good, the voices are hardcore low and distorted and I cant find a solution online not even on windows support, i tried everything and it doesnt help, im seriuosly dissapointed in razer rigth now, since i cant do anything to fix this and their support team doesnt seems willing to help at all

    Was everything covered? Are you referring to the 7.1 Surround sound? Have you tried reinstalling it? Please connect your headset to a different computer or device that doesn't have a 7.1 Surround sound app and check if the issue persists. Nonetheless, send me a PM together with your device's serial number. Let's continue from there.
