Buy some kraken v3 X. I accidentally threw away the box because I didn't know I needed the code to activate the 7.1 sound. I want to register the product on the Razer website and I get an error in the product. I have the purchase invoice. I would really appreciate someone's help to be able to solve the issue. my English is bad. sorry.

The Razer Kraken V3 X needs to be registered so you can receive the 7.1 Surround Sound code. Try using a different device or browser. You may also connect to another WiFi or 4G/5G network and see how it goes. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
