I need help lol.


So I placed an order from razer on August 4th and didn't receive and email to confirm my order. 2 days later, on august 6th, I got 2 emails, 1 saying that my order was received and the other saying that my order was getting ready to be shipped. Since then I haven't heard anything. I never got an email giving me a code to track my order and for some reason I got my money back even though the status of my order says delivery in progress. Was my order cancelled and if so why?

The same. The representative told me that the Order Management Team didn't even reply to his internal notes.

Sorry for the late response, I got in contact with razer support and they helped me out. Thank you for the offer though:) I'm looking forward to using your products!
