I need help to reactivate my account and to change my number

Recently, I wanted to change my phone number. I went into the website and it just kept showing errors so I reloaded the site again and tried again, until my account got locked. I tried to change it again but it kept showing errors and I just couldn't do anything anymore. If there are actually any staff looking at my post, you can go and check my profile to see that there is no registered number there. and because I don't have my number for 2nd factor authentication and since I don't have any backup codes I remember, I basically can't buy or do anything, there is still 80 coins in my account which I haven't had the chance to use because of this error. please help if you can. I have already submitted a ticket and they said my account was activated again but the error is still here!
