I need help with my blackwidow keyboard!

Hello everyone, I bought this blackwidow keyboard just today, and I have the following problem: - I can't use saved profiles when synapse is off, even the simplest light effects wont work when synapse is off I tried saving profiles with effects both chroma studio and simple ones. They get saved (or at least synapse says so), but I cant switch between profiles or anything when synapse is off or when i am on linux. Please if anyone knows how to solve this let me know :)

    Thanks for posting your feedback here. Which Razer Blackwidow model do you own? And yes, that is normal behavior. The profile will work while the Razer Synapse 2 or 3 is running. Also, if a Razer keyboard has on-board memory, it can save macros/profile but not Chroma effects when it's plugged into another computer without Razer Synapse installed.
