Greetings!

I have a problem with my headset!
I Just bought a brand new Razer Kraken Pro V2.
When i try to register it as my product on razer product registration website, its says that "this device has been already registered" Is there any chance to get another serial number because this one some reason has been already activated.
Please help me i am very anxious rn
