I wanted to update my Wireless Mamba RZ01-01360 but it does not detect my charging dock as a dongle, i download it from the product description itself from the Razer web. Can anyone help?

Hey there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your mouse’s PC. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds along the way.
