I need my 7.1 surround activation code

I purchased a Blackshark V2 Pro and there was no activation code for the 7.1 surround sound in the box. If I got an e-mail, it is mis-placed. I wasn't immediately apparent how to e-mail Razor to obtain a code. How do I go about getting the activation code. I have registered my product under my e-mail address.
