I need support for my Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2016

My key that presses the (.) is not working at all, and it's only that one. I tried cleaning the keyboard, but it still doesn't work. All the other keys are functioning. I also tried opening the keyboard, and the soldering looks fine too. What could it be? Thank you in advance
