I just bought this brand new Viper 8K mouse, and it seems to not working when I startup my PC, which I need to replug it again to turn on the device. I was using Razer Basilisk and its worked very fine when I start up a window, I just changed it because it's double clicking by itself.
I need my Razer Viper 8K to be fixed, please help.
