    I have translated your post. As I've checked, your device was registered on multiple accounts. Note that the activation code is a one-time offer, and once used, it will be linked to your Razer ID. Therefore, if the previous owner has already used the code on his account, then there's not much that I can do. Should you have any other concerns, feel free to reach out to me in English.
