I Registered my Barracuda X Headset and I have not received the activation code in my E-mail. The "Self Service" tool does not work. I've been trying to figure this out for a week.

I purchased several Razer products a couple weeks ago and I registered all of them. I want to use 7.1 surround sound for my Razer Barracuda X (2022) headset. I looked in my spam folder, I waited for a few days to see if it would send at it is just not there. I have received several advertisements from Razer but no 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. I called Razer support, and the lady said, “wait 24 hours”. I said I have already waited 24 hours because it has been a week. I don't think she could understand me very well and, unfortunately, I could not understand her very well either due to her accent, but she was a very nice person. All I want is for the activation code to please be sent to my E-mail. I cannot believe the difficulty I have had trying to get something that I paid for. I want to support Razer as a company because it holds a special place in my heart, and I love Razer. But this is starting to make me upset with the company. I feel like the bloom is off of the rose. If I can get the 7.1 surround sound activation code sent to my email, I will be forever grateful. But I am to the point where I have to write this message in hopes that someone will see it any help me. I don't know what else to do.
