I reloaded razor gold coin, but can not use to purchase PUBG UC

Hello Razer Gold support team,

I paid a big amount to purchase razer gold but when I am trying to purchase UC using that razor gold, I can not see the options.

  1. Could you please help me know what is the issue?
  2. How may I get UC for PUBG?
  3. If I can not use razor gold to purchase UC, will my money be refunded or is there any other way to use razor gold to purchase UC?
