I threw my headset box. Can't activate 7.1 :/ halp

Like in the topic, I threw away my Razer Electra v2 box into the garbage.. now I could really use some 7.1 on them. Is it possible to get the key?

    Do you have the USB or the analog variant? If you have the USB version, you can toggle 7.1 surround sound via Synapse 2.

    I have the same situation, but mine is a bit different, i have the box and all the serial number required, but i'am using the analogue version. How do i activate the 7.1? Much appreciated for your help.

    You'll have to use third-party software to experience surround sound for the Electra V2 analog variant. The headset you have is not eligible for our newer 7.1 surround app, and the older Surround Pro module has now been discontinued.
