I tore the activation code when trying to remove the protective layer and it became fuzzy

Hello, the store I bought my headset on put a giant sticker over the activation code. Trying to remove the sticker to see it just rips the code so it is not readable. The code is partially readable, but not completely. Is there another way I can verify my purchase to get access to the surround sound ? Or get a new code?

Sorry to hear about your 7.1 Surround Sound Activation code-related concern. I suggested visiting this link and requesting a replacement activation code. Thanks for your cooperation. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
