I tried to register my Razor Blackshark V2 X headset but it says the id has already been registered.

I have tries many time to register my devices but it just can’t work. It keep showing error message like the product has already been registered. How can i get my activation code. it says that my serial number is already register at other places. Who can help me

Have you tried reaching out to the reseller? Did you purchase the headset from a Razer-authorized store? If so, please send me a PM with your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase so I can validate it. However, if the device was bought second-hand or from an unauthorized store, please contact the seller directly to request a refund or replacement, as we don’t have the option to issue a new activation code.
