I tried to register the headphones Razer BLACKSHARK V2 X and it said they were already registered even though I just bought it today 

and i can't get activation code for 7.1 App

Where did you buy your Razer BlackShark V2 X? You can find the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the package. If there's no scratch card, you should contact the reseller to request a replacement or refund. Remember, the product registration is for your device's warranty, but the activation code is on the card. Be aware that products purchased from non-authorized dealers might be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. Make sure to purchase Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure your device is genuine.
