Tried to register a Blackshark v2 x and it says It’s already registered

I tried to register the headphones Razer BLACKSHARK V2 X and it said they were already registered even though I just bought them.

It seems like you have purchased a counterfeit headset. I’ll double-check everything just to be sure. Please drop me a message via PM along with your BlackShark V2 X’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration. Looking forward to your response!
