Please be infromed that the third party reseller from AliExpress is not registered as Razer's authorized store. Note that products purchased from non-authorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. I suggest, you take advantage of your warranty from the reseller or request a refund.
