I uncharged my headphones, then tried to turn them on, but they won't turn on.

I uncharged my headphones, then tried to turn them on, but they won't turn on. the headphones won't turn on no matter how much I press the power button. if I put them on charge, nothing happens. what should I do? Headphones: RAZER Blackshark v2 pro usb S/N: HN2215D13006442

Hi AC1817D0100014,

I understand that your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) isn’t charging or turning on. Is there any noticeable physical damage to the device? Are you using a USB hub or any type of extension to charge your headset? Please try to follow the steps in this link  and test the headset on a different PC. If the same issue persists, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for a replacement option. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here.
