I recently upgraded my MacBook to the latest firmware macOS Sonoma, and for whatever reason since I have done that the ethernet port on my Razer Core X Chroma eGPU does not register in my MacBook at all. I have tried the official ethernet application installer and it has not worked with this new version of macOS. I did not have this problem with macOS Ventura where the installer did work in that version of macOS. I don’t know what is going on now. Can someone please help me with this issue? I need the ethernet port, because I am running a macbook with only two USB-C ports.
I upgraded my MacBook Pro to macOS Sonoma and now my Razer Core X ethernet port is not recognize at all.
same here. on a mac and sonoma update renders usb-c - usb-c connected razer (macbook pro m1) invisible.
Hello, I just received the Razer Tartarus Pro, but I see that it does not work on Mac Os Sonoma. Is there a solution or do I have to return it? Thank you
I Researched a bunch of reviews on the Razer Kiyo Pro and they were good, so I purchased it off Amazon this past Black Friday (late Nov 2023) . I also just got the new Mac Book Pro M3 running MacOS Sonoma 14.1.1
I had to use a USB-C to USB Adapter to connect to my Macbook because the newer Macs doesn't have the USB ports. just USB-C
Once I connected my Razer Kiyo Pro Camera, I downloaded the Razer Synapse App for Mac, and got the message ( PLEASE CONNECT A RAZER SYNAPSE ENABLED DEVICE )
Did some more research found out Synapse 2.0 is supported with MAc but only MAC OSX 10
So im just wondering if I have to return the Razer Kiyo Pro device. I was very excited to launch my streaming career with this device :/
