ID Verification still processing

I submitted my ID on Tuesday earlier this week and shortly after received an error message and was told Razer would be doing further checks on my ID? I have never had this issue when verifying myself. It is now Saturday and I have had no updates regarding my verification and as a result I am unable to spend the Razer gold I purchased. I have looked desperately for a way to contact Razer but am unable to do so as none of the support options relate to my issue. When I click on the verification section on my profile it just says it’s been processing since Tuesday and "Verification in progress. You'll be notified via email on the result." I have constantly checked my email (I have also checked spam) since Tuesday in the hope that I might receive something but I have had nothing so far. I really hope this can be sorted as I bought Razer gold purely for the Genshin promotion going on at the moment.
