/razer-synapse-2-not-opening.50737/page-3 Use the Razer Surround install instead, it comes packaged with a proper working install of Razer Synapse 2. You can uninstall the Razer Surround portion afterwards. The problem here is that the normal install has a badly out of date file, the Surround Install has the proper up to date install.
