Importing Profiles on Synapse 3
So when I try to import a downloaded profile it won't let me. It is because the profile I downloaded is in the format of 'Chroma Effects' but the software is looking for profiles in the format of; Synapse 3' please help. I have reinstalled it as well.

planeTealGreenradio972Hey there! Thanks for posting your Chroma-related concern here. Where did you download the profile? Is it from the Razer Chroma Workshop site? Did you try uploading the whole "CHROMAEFFECTS File" to Razer Synapse 3.0?
