As said in the title, I can't update the Synapse software to the latest version. And that's really a shame cause I can't use the THX module I've just bought cause it requires this update..
I've tried everything I could find before comming here (uninstall, clean install, delete drivers...).
I must say that I have no error code showing when the update fails, it just tells me that I should contact the customer support which I did but they don't seem to be any kind of help cause they told me to do the same thing three times in a row.
I have a Kraken Pro V3, the update is required for this headset to work properly.
