In a group on Cortex, teammates are getting hours logged but not I.

Could you please restart Razer Cortex and see whether this issue persists? If yes, could you please provide us with your Cortex logs? Let the Razer Cortex run first before start the game. And make sure that Cortex able to run on the background, watch at your icon taskbar whether Cortex is there and running. And then try to Start the game from the Cortex Software, by Go to the Squad Reward Page in Cortex Software, On the Upper Right, Click on Supported Games, It will shown Supported Games On This PC. Below of it got a Game Title Highlighted, It was the supported games installed&detected on your PC, ok then click on the game you want to play, It will forward you to My Library. On that page, just click Start Game, and just dont do close anything,wait for the game running. It must be works for sure. You can check the progress while the game is already running for 10minutes by pressing Alt+Tab and browse toward the Squad Reward on Cortex. Came back here to share your problem status.
