In Razer Synapse 3 i can not using "windows key" combinations like "win"+"right arrow"

In Razer Synapse 3 i can not using "windows key" combinations like "win"+"right arrow" I bought Razer Deathadder v2 x Hyperspead which works only Synapse 3.0 instead of Synapse 2.0 I tried a lot of way to do it but not working, when i use key recording to bind mouse key, when i pressed "windowskey + then right arrow" windows key not be recorded. If can be bind easily could you send me screenshot?
