Incomplete address

I recently ordered a Razer headset for my Xbox and i could of swore i put my complete address in but in the email its missing the apartment number. I also ordered it using Guest and tried to see the order on the website but the page is in maintenance and it did not give me a password to view the order like the page said. i already contacted support via support case so maybe i could get a faster response here.
