Hello,I recently purchased both the Razer Naga V2 Pro and the Mouse Dock Pro. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing an issue when trying to charge the mouse using the dock.When I place the mouse on the dock, the charging indicator briefly flashes green a few times, then the regular RGB lighting turns on for a moment. Shortly after, it stops charging. This cycle repeats continuously. In Razer Synapse, I can also see that charging stops and then starts again repeatedly.Both devices are running the latest firmware. I have tested multiple USB ports on my system, and the issue persists even when the PC is powered off. I have also tried reseating the charging puck multiple times to make sure it is properly connected.I plan to test the setup on another computer later today to rule out any system-specific issues. However, this behavior doesn’t seem normal for a charging process, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this.Thank you in advance!

I have a lightly used Razer Basilisk V3 which I’ve been using for less than a year, and have never had a problem with until today. I’ve tested it on 3 different windows computers, and all of them will have the mouse continuously connect and disconnect, making the mouse unusable. Sometimes when being plugged in, the device will flash red, and make the clicking sound it makes when turning the tactile scroll on and off. Only uninstalling Razer Synapse (should’ve gotten rid of that malware a long time ago) helped the mouse connect, and only briefly. Uninstalling the drivers got the mouse to function, and I updated the firmware on the mouse. The only thing wrong with it after that was trying to use the smart scroll, when the tactile scroll switch would trigger the mouse would power off and on again, and the tactility of the scroll wheel was noticeably softer. I recently bought the Barracuda headset , when I open synapse the device is still showing as OFF even though the device is already ON. I am able to use them with music , videos , games, etc. Are they compatible with Synapse 4.0 or they don’t need to be modified there?This is my first time using razer headphones , please ignore my ignorance 

My Razer NAGA Lefthanded suddenly stopped working and shows now as a USB-stick.There are more people with the same problem but nowhere is the sollution.I have a second NAGA Lefthanded on the same PC works fine.So the problem is with the mouse please give a solution to this problem

I have Deathadder V2 since 2020 which was well working until I download Synapse 4. It has upgraded its firmware and corrupted it, now the mice is not working anymore, and only detected as “CRP DISABLD” in peripherics manager.This software has ruined my mice, and support is not even concerned, telling me that the mice is outside of warranty. Seriously, I had no choice to install Synapse 4 as Synapse 3 was not support anymore, and after that, I had no choice to update my mice firmware as it was done automatically. Tell me how it is even possible Razer responsibility is not engaged there ? Is someone has a solution to solve this as Razer support seems completly lost, spamming me with the same answer again and again.

This is my second Tartarus as my last one had a multiple key failure. I have had this one for a while and the palm rest has completely worn off. I also want to mention that the second one I received as a replacement for the initial one came with two from pegs of the palm rest on the bottom cracked, so I fear trying to adjust the palm rest will break it. Does razer offer replacement parts for stuff like this??

I have a problem i order a blackshark v2 x last year sept. 1 2025. I did not mind that i did not get a code because it say it already used but now my friend ordered same headset and he get. A activitation code and i though i did mistake but i did the same he did. But still it already used. Why? I bought a brand new. Can you please help me razor? I want that activision for enchance audio experience. Where do i contact you? I have proof.

Hi, I purchased my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 and I can’t find the activation code or it doesn’t work. The code provided in the Synapse app, whenever I try to put it, it says “the code yopu entered doesn’t seem to be valid. Please try again.” What do I do in this case? Buying a $349 headset should provide the activitation key in the box or digitally activate the product after connecting it to the device.

Randomly mid game the mouse disconnects.  I play the game via wired and then take a step away for about an hour.   Upon arriving back at my computer its still showing a 0% charge and wont work via wireless. Ive tried to reset it to factory settings, restart my pc and even uninstall/reinstall synapse.

Já mandei mensagem para o email disponivel e só recebi uma mensagem automatica dizendo para abrir um ticket no proprio site, porém já abri o ticket e falei com o suporte USA e eles me indicaram mandar mensagem para esse emai. Então basicamente tentei todas formas de acionar o suporte do Brasil e não estou tendo sucesso.

My daughter was just gifted a new Kraken Kitty V3 X as she loves to game and needed a proper upgrade. Shes only had the headphones for like 2 weeks and our kitten chewed up the mic on the headset…I’m wondering if anyone knows if the mic can be replaced or if I’m screwed and have to get her a new headset all together

How do I pair my razer atheris to a new USB Dongle

This message is to the Razer Company. Ever since the last razer synapse update my Razer Freyja’s haptics has stopped working (my freyja is not broken). I’ve done everything in my power to fix this issue, even sending my freyja to you guys for a replacement just to get the new one and have the SAME ISSUE! Upon further inspection I’ve come to the conclusion that this is a software issue and many others also have the same problem. We all spent our hard earned money to support your company as well as enjoy this unique experience  and we think its only fair your create an update ASAP to address and solve this major issue. Please response in a timely fashion to inform us of your plans to fix this. Please don’t earn a bad rep off of a simple fix. 

All I want is being able to change the colour of my Combined €200 mouse and keyboard I bought from razer. This can be done with an Extremely simple app just for that purpose. But no, I have to download 3 apps, give acces to my entire pc, and occasionally wait and hour or more for updates (another one currently in progress). Can't they just make an optional different app for all the other bs. And just give me one simple app to change the lighting in my devices(the only thing 95% of people want to use razer software for. And the reason I paid them €200. I'm honestly just amazed how bad this has been over the years and just want to let them know how hard they've failed at the one important piece of software they need to create.

I love my naga trinity ( RZ01-02410100-R3M1) and i used it for a long time. I used my synapse 3 with Wooting 80 HE and everything was good. Today my dpi on mouse got reset and i got only 1 option to update synapse 3 for syn4. After than i discovered my windows button stoped worked ( on keyboard and sometimes in windows)  and i can’ type in windows search bar anymore. If i unnistal synpase 4 my keyabord working fine, but my wheel on naga is dead completly. I sent a support ticket and logs to razer, but may be someone got a same trbl and can help me pls? Idk what i should do w\o wheel on my mouce or w\o windows button on my keyboard...

Last night my Basilisk V3 Pro’s scroll wheel stopped free scrolling properly, and after disassembling it and removing hair that was stuck inside it still has the same issue. Seeing how the mouse is out of warranty and i’d rather not spend the money to buy a new one, i was wondering if the scroll wheel assembly in the base V3 was the same model. If so i can buy a base V3 as donor mouse and swap the scroll wheel to prolong the life of my V3 Pro.
