Razer Blade 15 Base (Early 2021), RZ09-0369AE22. Secure Boot Violation “Invalid signature detected.” Secure Boot disabled allows Windows 11 to boot. Razer's standard securebootrecovery.efi procedure was completed successfully, but the violation returns whenever Secure Boot is enabled. BIOS shows System Mode: Deployed, Vendor Keys: Active, Secure Boot: Enabled. Windows Boot Manager is signed by Windows UEFI CA 2023. Event 1808 reports the 2023 Secure Boot CA/keys were updated, but Windows still reports UEFICA2023Status = InProgress and the Windows UEFI CA 2023 is not detected in the active UEFI db. Please provide the model-specific Secure Boot recovery package or firmware remediation for RZ09-0369.

Hi all! I’ve seen some other posts about this, but I have a Razer Kraken Kitty Edition headset that is constantly getting stuck in a disconnect/reconnect loop. It makes a pop noise before disconnecting then just keeps doing it over and over.I’ve tried using it with multiple devices, in a hub and plugged directly into the computer, with and without Synapse, on different versions of Windows, all the troubleshooting. It had happened a couple times when I first got the headset, usually just when the audio was too loud, but in the last few months I pretty much can’t use the headset without having audio issues.I’ve treated the headset very well; it’s fallen on my carpeted floor once or twice but I don’t mandhandle it, bend or mess with the cable, etc. I’ve always kept it on a headset stand on my desk. I got it in 2021 so it’s out of warranty.  Has anyone had luck with a fix or talking to razer support about this? I figured at the price point for this headset it would last a long time if care

Hey all,I've had my Basilisk pro v3 from 2023 and have the mouse dock to use it wirelessly, recently I've now had the issue come up that my mouse will turn on and off constantly while the mouse is being used and when looking in synapse can visibly see the mouse connect for a split second, show 100% battery and immediately grey out with the red power symbol in the top right after a second while moving the mouse constantly to keep it out of sleep mode. I have tried everything that other users and support tech’s have suggested. I have tried:uninstalling synapse and reinstalling it updated the firmware on both the dock and the mouse uninstalled every driver on every razer device connected to my pc via the driver cleanup toolSo far none of these have succeeded and my mouse when being used wirelessly still has this issue, I should also note that the included dongle also failed within 2 months of me purchasing the mouse which is why I have the dock currently. Having issues using Hammerhead v3 hyperspeed and THX Spatial Audio app. When Hammerhead is selected in THX app there is no audio and my music keeps skipping tracks. No issue with using without THX Spatial Audio App. No issues using Nommo v2, Clio or Kraken v3 pro in THX Spatial Audio App. Anyone else get this? Do I need to report? Looking to see if someone has this working right now. Thanks!

Razer Orochi does not see the computer, writes the wrong serial number

Hello! Today i turned on my PC and the headset stopped working at all but yesterday it was fine. Firstly i thought it's malfunction so i went online to check what's going on and how i can fix it by myself but after i downloaded razer pairing software and it can't see my connected dongle (i tried 3 different ports) i understood that my dongle might be stuck or fully dead. I even tried to plug it in a laptop and a phone but it was all in vain. Is there any fix? 

I have an Iskur chair which is out of warranty. One of the armrests is damaged and I’d like to replace it.  I understand that I would need to pay for it as it’s not a warranty repair or a manufactring defect. I tried raising a support ticket but the support site just sent me here as it only seems to handle items in warranty or covered by Razercare. How can I do this?

Hello I have a wireless razer blackwidow v4 tkl. all of a sudden it stopped charging and it stays at 1% even if charged with a phone charger.tried to reset it with the key binding but it seems it just doesn't reset. it's the second time this happens but the first time it was sufficient to reset it with the reset button which it doesn't work this timethank you for your help

After owning this headset for a few years i’ve started getting complaints about a clicking in my mic I would like to see about getting a replacement if there are any in stock.

I upgraded to Windows 11 from Windows 10 yesterday and my audio just stopped working. When I try to play a test sound via Windows’ tools, it just tells me that there was an error and that it’s unable to play the sound. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

I’ve been using the new Raiju V3 Pro for a few weeks after pre-ordering from Razer UK. Overall it feels like a good controller (despite a bit to big and odd ergonomic decisions), but I’m having some big problems specifically when playing on PS5. Issue seem to be worse on wireless with the dongle than wired, but both still poor. The issue: the TMR sticks feel really unresponsive/delayed. The latency is some of the worst I have ever seen. This also causes additional issues when aiming with the right stick (R3), the aim will occasionally glitch—it moves in a straight line in the direction I initially push, but continues moving even after I move the stick elsewhere. Then it suddenly snaps back to where the stick currently is. So: the aim lags behind my input; motion isn’t smooth; it jumps in straight lines; makes tracking targets basically impossible. I have done more in-game tests and research to see if others are having the same issue and it seems they do. Hello, dear Razer Support and Insider Community.My Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro bricked while updating firmware because I accidentally disconnected it in the 2nd phase, which is the mouse firmware update, and the firmware in the mouse itself is probably deleted (or corrupted) and about to install a new one, but I disconnected it. From then on, I can only use it wirelessly; it's flawless. I can still use it normally, but it just disturbs me.Windows does say that this USB is not recognized. Razer Synapse and Device Manager also do not recognize it while plugged in through the cable.I think I've tried almost all things except the Razer firmware recovery tool. And by "almost all the things," I meant 90% in this forum on this subject. I've heard that tool file had to be sent from support or a moderator. I don't know how to get the file, and perhaps I wish I could get help with that. or another way to fix my bricked mouse.

Hello,I have been experiencing a recurring issue with my Mouse Dock Pro. Every time I start or restart my computer, the dock is not recognized and appears disconnected. The only way to make it work is to physically unplug the USB cable from the computer and reconnect it. Once reconnected, the dock is detected under USB devices and works normally.My setup: Windows 11 Home Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Razer Synapse 4 All drivers and firmware updated to the latest versions This behavior occurs consistently on every boot and is quite frustrating, as it requires me to manually reconnect the device each time.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?Thank you in advance for your support.P.S.: I have attached a screenshot from Device Manager showing the situation after startup. Reconnecting the dock temporarily fixes the problem. Please note that I have also formatted the system, but the issue still persists.  

I just bought a Razer BlackShark V3 and it didn’t come with a USB dongle. I see it’s a common thing. But what is the solution? Does Razer replace it or provide me a link to buy one? 

I only found the serial number on that sticker, and got as far as RZ04-0289, but I need to register my headset so I can get 7.1 surround sound and I can’t without it 

I have a Razerblade 14 (2025), it has a BIOS update that won’t apply (my current BIOS is 1.01, and it’s supposed to update to 1.06), I’ve tried multiple times, I don’t use windows Hello, Bitlocker is off, I’ve turned of driver vulnerable blocklist, the update just won’t apply, are there any other steps I can take to try and get it to work? EDIT: Apologies, I can’t type or proof-read apparently, I have a Razerblade 14 (2025), the title is incorrect.

Running new Synapse 4, profile remaps some of the thumb buttons on my mouse (Basilisk Ultimate) to keyboard buttons like numbers, etc. which only work while Synapse is NOT running. While Synapse is running they seem to be captured or something. This is annoying when I want to control the lighting, but can’t have Synapse running if I want the button mapping to work. Looking for a solution so that remapped key presses function properly while Synapse 4 is running.

Hello, I recently purchased a Razer Barracuda, but no matter what I do, I cannot get THX to work, and the EQ settings in Synapse have no effect.I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse several times, but nothing has worked. I also tried manually adding the THX driver through Device Manager, but THX does not appear anywhere in the Razer device list.I also tried the beta version of Synapse, but that didn't help either. I had the same issue with my previous headset, the Razer Kraken Kitty, but back then, installing the Synapse beta version fixed the problem.This time, however, even the beta version doesn't solve the issue. I also used the Razer Driver Removal Tool and performed a completely clean installation, but the problem still persists.At this point, I don't know what else I can try. Synapse simply does not install the THX Audio Driver on my computer, and because of this, THX and the EQ settings don't work at all.I would really appreciate your help in figuring out what is causing t

When I boot up my PC, the lighting on my Razer Leviathan V2 X works fine. But as soon as Razer Synapse starts, the lighting becomes partially broken. Exiting Synapse doesn't fix it. A clean reinstall didn't help either. I even plugged it into another PC — same issue. So it's not just my system. 

The volume knob on my headset is behaving weird. Turning it in either direction won’t decrease the volume, instead, the slightest turn will automatically boost it to 96-100 and you’ll get that annoying double beep noise of when it’s maxed out. So I can’t reduce the volume in-game for any reason without going into the hardware app to do it. What gives, it’s really annoying!
