Infinity loading screen Razer Cortex

can you help me to since i cant use razer cortex anymore even after reinstalling

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. We will resolve this issue very soon in our next version. Please remember to update your Razer Cortex to the latest version. 

Before it, please follow the steps below to resolve this on your side:

1. Exit Razer Cortex
2. Find the “appsettings.json” file under this directory: %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Razer\Razer Cortex.
3. Copy and paste the “appsettings.json” file on the desktop.
4. Right-click the file and open it with a notepad.
5. Delete the three modules: "DealsModule", "ImageAdjustModule", and "SpaceRadarModule".
6. Save the file.
7. Replace the original “appsettings.json” file under this directory %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Razer\Razer Cortex with the one you edited and saved on the desktop.

As the three modules were removed, some features in Deals and Rewards may not work normally.

I've tried every method ive deleted it and downloaded it i also did other things can someone pls help me cortex wont stop loading
