Inquire about blade14 thx

Currently, Windows 11 is installed and used on a blade14 laptop. When selecting thx in speaker selection, no sound. Also, when running the thx spatial audio program, you are asked to enter an activation code. As far as I know, when the speaker is selected as thx, the sound with thx applied should come out. If what I know is correct and if it is correct, I want to find a way to solve the current problem.
