Inquiry About Updating Address After Registration for Warranty Support

Dear Razer Team,

I recently registered my Razer product (a labtop) and provided my current residential address during the process. However, I may be relocating in the future, and I’d like to ask:

  • Will I be able to update my registered address after the initial product registration?

  • If I move to a different country or region, will my warranty service still remain valid?

  • Is there anything I need to do in advance to ensure that the warranty coverage continues after moving?

I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed to avoid any disruption in service or support coverage.

The change of address will not affect your warranty status. To update your address on a Razer account, you'll need to log into your Razer ID account and navigate to the "Account" section. From there, you can edit your profile details, including your address. Once you've updated your address, you'll need to save the changes.
