Insider ID not recognising all razer products registered to the razed ID account

Hello, I have this problem and I find it odd: In my razer ID account I have registered three razer products, but on the insider only one of them is recognised. I was wondering how did that happen and what can I do to fix this? (I will also attach two photos illustrating the issue) Any bit of information is welcome :) Thank you!
