Insider Rewards not Activating

I completed most of the requirements, but still, haven't received silver reward yet. Even though I bought the newest headset and keyboard, the Insider didn't recognize that and do not reward me. please advise.

Are you using the same Razer ID for Insider as you are for Synapse? Also, you have downloaded the appropriate Synapse version for your products, correct?

Sometimes those product based achievements take a while to activate, however if they do not activate and if you have proof of purchase of those products, I should be able to get them activated for you.

yes, i did that all, with registered, but still, there is no reward for these
