I installed the incorrect firmware. I installed Blackwidow ultimate 2016 instead of Blackwidow x chroma. I need to remove incorrect firmware and reinstall correct so it shows up in Synapse 2.0
I have downloaded the right firmware but it does not detect the keyboard. In Synapse 3.0 Synapse 2.0 shows it being a connected device Blackwidow ultimate but opening Synapse 2.0 nothing. Please help me to delete incorrect firmware so I can install correct. Thank you

Furthermore, accidentally installing an incorrect firmware update will disrupt your device's functionality, and there isn't any way to uninstall the update.
